They have a new system where you scan a barcode OR text to get into the building and that is the virtual waiting list. My mom followed the directions and did not get a confirm. She waited...

I have to admit they are very accessible but their system is terrible. I have been trying to unblock an account for 1 month now. I have been transferred and transferred again, waiting and waiting...

they do as little as possible to help regarding the ppa government loan they can't be bothered!!!!!
