It's a Good Bubble tea spot. We ordered 20+ bubble teas. Our family liked it. Will likely comeback when we're at the area.

Big menu, the takeout boba area was in the back of the restaurant which was cool and fast service. Strawberry smoothie was made with strawberry jam.

Came here for bubble tea. Expect to pay $$$ but everyone deserves to treat themselves to boba every now and then. I wanted to try something I've never had before and I got the dragonfruit tea...

There are so many different types of tea and smoothies to choose from. It was perfect. Even for those that can't too much milk there are other choices.
