they did my taxes and I had to pay an insane amount of money. I told them to look over it and they said no it's cause you didn't take wnouh taxes out, well I had my taxes looked at by someone else...

STOP- FIND ANOTHER TAX PERSON- He does not meet with the Clients and he has all these hidden fees. $22.95 for Software fee isn't he the TAXMAN.

This guy won't even answer the phone. They lie to you and say someone will call you back. And nothing. Please don't use this service. My 12 year old nephew can get you some results
