Taqueria Paloma is a counter service restaurant serving modern Mexican fare with a focus on using quality ingredients. Our menu is centered around simple and fresh ingredients for food that is made to order. Menu items are inspired by traditional Mexican cuisine and reverent to fresh flavors. Coming into Taqueria Paloma I had my doubts, especially with wishing more of a meat variety for the dishes (steak/chicken/al pastor!). Those desires went away quickly after having a bite of food....

Super cute and great food! Nice people working here. Clean, plenty of seats, and right in the middle of lake George.

Went in for early lunch after a walk around lake George village. My Carnitas burrito was delicious! My kids loved the quesadilla and burrito.

Everything was amazing - the food, the service, the ambiance. Definitely worth trying when you're in Lake George.
