Called and made an appointment for a new patient exam. Took time off work. Showed up. They had no record of me or the appointment. Could see me in three weeks. First impression was not good.

Of course the employees would have nice things to say about the Syracuse Eye Center. All of the employees working there are extremely stressed and hate their jobs. It's written all over your faces!!!!
