does not do soak off. Will rip off your nails with a nail tip, which actually damages your natural nail and can lead to infections. it hurts so much.

They don't sterilize their equipment other than have it dipped in barbicide. Nail filers are just reused. Pretty disgusting. Appointments mean nothing; you still end up waiting most of the time.
