Thanks to MR. David and his colleague for being so kind and helpful. They polished the watch, changed the battery and the strap in less than 10 minutes!!. Great costumer service!!.

Do NOT buy any watch from Swatch US they do Fraud! They send you used scratched watches and when you send them back they refuse to refund stating the items have been used by customer! Huge...
