Swan Bay Resort is the premier resort community designed with the savvy & tasteful traveler in mind. Located in the Heart of The 1000 Islands region and all its grandeur. Guests and visitors of our luxury resort will enjoy: 250+ oversized RV lots all with 15x40 concrete pads, 8x12 paver patios, water/sewer/WiFi - and all sites metered with 50/30/20amp electric. We also offer Cabin Rentals (one story or two story) either Poolside or Parkview that come with a full kitchen & bath, Cable TV & WiFi. All sites have access to our two outdoor resort-style pools with large leisure patios and the Why Knot Tiki Bar. Additionally, the Park provides bathhouses with showers & laundry facilities, The Rift Boutique retail store with River Merch/Souvenirs and RV/Marina Supplies. Not to forget our full service 100+ slip Marina with watercraft rentals and dockage space for Guests & the Community. Our neighbors, the Price Chopper Grocery Store, are open 24/7 on-site.
