No upkeep and maintenance is unresponsive, regardless of the number of work orders you submit. After lease signing you will never be able to get management to answer the phone. Before moving in...

Was nice place. Has gone down hill in the last few years. No upkeep. Dog poop everywhere because people don't pick up after their dogs. Soiled carpets, nasty hallways.

if you like paying rent for a room that you can't used in the winter due to cold (freezing) air blowing into a vent from your utility closet that is on the balcony or when something goes wrong...
