Featuring an omakase menu by Chef Shion Uino, who comes to New York from Sushi Saito, the world-renowned three Michelin-starred sushi restaurant in Tokyo, Sushi AMANE offers the best sushi in NYC for an authentic Japanese Restaurant experience. Sushi AMANE is located on the lower level of Mifune Restaurant, a fine dining Japanese restaurant in Midtown Manhattan, located within a few blocks of the Japanese Embassy and the Japan Society. Sushi AMANE has two seatings per evening and reservations are required.
