Two days in a row this place opened up more than an hour late. This caused me to be work twice, even after I called to confirm the place would open up on time the second day. Horrible service.

Best laundry/dry clean/tailoring in the east village, probably in all of manhattan. Li is great. He knows all of his customers by name and number!
