Love this place. They are quick with taking blood. I dont like needles and just a quick pinch and its over. Very nice friendly people and no appointments

Awful - staff is nasty and rude and they treat you like you are an "inconvenience" to them, they do not return phone calls and they do not know how to speak to people like they are a human, this...

It seems like the negative reviews are all based along the same line; billing, and insurance. My experience is no different. I had labs and results from probably 6 months to a year ago from them....
