I have called Summit Knolls home for 3 years. Pros: - Newer build (built in the early 2000s I believe) - Each unit has it's own front door to the outside... No walking through a crappy hallway...

Summit knoll charges way too much monthly dues for HOA Crofton sucks so sad but very true!!!! The company should be investigated because the are rubbing innocent people Every year HOA goes up by...
