Julie as a Personal Trainer and Aerobics and Spinning Director/Instructor and Trish is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Usui Holy Fire Reiki Practitioner and Reiki Master Teacher for the international Center for Reiki Training, and Pilates Instructor.
