Always clean with friendly staff and tons of puppies . I donate food and linens there and get to see the staff interact with the animals. There's a lot of tail wagging going on

The Sullivan County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SCSPCA) in Rock Hill, New York, is an independent, not-for-profit organization that has been dedicated to rescuing animals for over 70 years. Operating as a no-kill shelter, SCSPCA places hundreds of animals into loving forever homes each year through adoptive programs, while also supporting local feral cat colonies with their trap-neuter-release initiative.
SCSPCA is committed to promoting responsible pet ownership, reducing animal overpopulation through spaying and neutering education, and providing temporary shelter and medical care for at-risk animals. The organization relies on public donations and adoption fees, remaining independent and not funded by any government agency.
