There is a lot to say about this system but I'll just say that it's wholly unreliable. They rarely ever run according to the given schedule, especially the 17 bus. Sometimes the buses don't show...

I can't believe Suffolk county wants to raise the bus fare again. And yet a lot of the bus stops don't have any seating for waiting passengers. All they care about is filling the silver lining in...

Things I remember from my times using the buses -they do not answer their help lines, nor do they ever accept complaints and reports about drivers by phone -buses come early and still leave...

Terrible, not reliable at all!!! The app doesn't work, customer service can't contact driver, minutes until pick-up shown in the app are always wrong. Impossible to use!!!!
