The guy who has been working there lately has the personality of someone who NEVER should be in contact with customers. He's abrupt to the point of rude and is argumentive about ridiculous...

sign says they close at 9:30 pm on monday and today on monday august 25th I attempted to enter and the individual working did not allow me in and the door was locked

The two salads we ordered online were truly disappointing. Greens were wilted, very little other vegetables, no tomatoes (even though I paid for extra tomatoes), almost no dressing, no mozzarella....
