The truth is this place is better then Marriott. I have only great things to say about my 2 night stay while with my daughter at SUNY Fredonia orientation. I discard any negativity or bad reviews....

If Smell of Smoke Bothers You, Go Elsewhere. Otherwise, Not Too Bad. Faint smell of cigarette smoke throughout the whole building - hallways and room. But it's not overpowering and you get used...

Stay in your car before staying here!!!! Paid $$$ for a disgusting room. The entire hotel smelled like a cigarette, the first room we were sent to had a clogged toilet, musty smell, and phone...

Do not Stay here!!! . It is dirty and disgusting. The place is under renovation and they are still renting out the rooms. My first room the AC was broken. It sounded like there was a motorcycle...

I knew this wasnt a fancy hotel when I booked. That being said I could not believe the horrible condition the hotel is in. The room was dirty and the bathroom was disgusting. The layout was awful....
