Charles Ruland got rolfed in 1980 and has been studying myofascial therapy and structural bodywork as a result. Originally drawn to the work due to sports injuries and healed from the 10 sessions by a famous rolfer on long island in the 1980s. Charles has since studied with the original teachers of Dr. Rolf. Charles is a student of Dr. Fritz Smith and teacher of Zero Balancing..
