Strange Loop Gallery was founded by artists Claire Fleury and Alesia Exum. They strive to create a 'Living Environment' for the art that they exhibit. For every exhibition, which is usually based on a theme, they recreate the entire space to accomodate the art in an uplifting and inspiring way. The names of their exhibitions give a hint to what to expect: Love Conques All - Renaissance - Anthem, a song of celebration - XX as in Female Chromosomes.

This place is the worst new gallery on the LES. Not only do they barely show "art," but the terrible music they play to try and get people in couldnt be any more vile. The crowd is lame. Avoid...
