Debra was so friendly, helpful and not pushy at all! Convenient and I provide my own lock, which oddly makes more sense than a lock being provided to me. I never thought of the privacy issue!

I would highly recommend them! The facilities are very clean and very well lit. I have used other storage facilities but I like them the best.
