History

Stitches Needlepoint began as a home-based business in 2004. Selene Schweky, co-owner of Stitches, unhappy with what was available on the market, opened the Stitches business with son, Morris Schweky. Together, they have been creating unique, custom, hand-painted needlepoint canvases. By 2011, Stitches grew into its own storefront location Selene and Morris have been proud to offer a friendly and creative environment for all their customers, providing lessons any needlepoint purchase on the house. Quality is of utmost importance, attention to detail and brand integrity is what we are about. We hand paint and custom designs needlepoint canvases. We guide our customers and advise them on how to best approach their unique needlepoint projects. We specialize in talet & tefillin cases (curachas), challah covers, hand bags & clutches, game boards, pillows and many other custom needlepoint canvases.
