The best location & best place in Altamont!! Stewart's is a staple of growing up in upstate NY. I have so many fond memories of Stewarts because it's more than just "a gas station with ice cream."

Wow! Stewart's is already a magical land, but with people like sophia and her tattooed colleague, this is a one of a kind experience. What a treat it was to visit this spot.

Great ice cream and people and convention at all times been around for a long time! Im74 the helicopter wheels bird landed in our field in visher ferry

An unassuming gas station that actually sells pints of Stewart's ice cream inside. Local ice cream for about $3/pint. Fun flavors like blueberry, happy camper (s'mores), and mint cookie.
