Dr. Tchang earned her medical degree from SUNY Downstate Medical Center. Dr. Tchang graduated with her BA from University of Chicago and was a NIH T32 trainee. She completed her residency at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell , Endocrinology Diabetes & Metabolism Fellowship at NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Irving Medical Center, and Obesity Fellowship at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell . Dr. Tchang is board certified in Internal Medicine, Obesity Medicine, and Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism.

Dr. Susan Loeb-Zeitlin believes it should be “doctor as whole person connecting with patient as whole person.”Dr. Loeb-Zeitlin treats women of all ages, from adolescence through menopause. Her goal is to provide complete, personalized women’s health care that encompasses all the special health issues women face, including family planning, balancing work and personal life and the challenges of aging. She is always ready to discuss issues such as wellness, contraception, prevention and treatment of sexually transmitted infections, treatment of abnormal pap smears and HPV, and strategies for addressing symptoms and discomforts of menopause.With two active, healthy children, Dr. Loeb-Zeitlin faces a lot of the same life-balance issues as her patients. Dr. Loeb-Zeitlin did her internship and residency here at Weill Cornell Medical Center and delivered both of her children here. She completed her residency at Cornell University Medical College and accepted a faculty appointment at Weill Cornell Medical College in 1998.

Dr. Rochelle Joly is a board-certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist with a Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery focused practice designation. She provides gynecologic care in the operating room and outpatient setting. She offers general gynecologic care, with a focus on treating abnormal uterine bleeding, fibroids, endometrial polyps, ovarian cysts, abnormal pap smears and colposcopy procedures, preconception and contraceptive health such as management of IUDs and implants. Dr. Joly has a specific interest in helping women navigate miscarriages and offers in-office procedures when appropriate.Dr. Joly aims to provide the most minimally invasive route a gynecologist can offer and is trained in vNOTES vaginal surgery.Dr. Joly received her medical degree from the Tel Aviv University Sackler School of Medicine and completed her residency at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center. Before joining Weill Cornell Medicine, Dr. Joly was an Assistant Professor of Clinical Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Pennsylvania and also worked in a busy private practice in New York City, providing both obstetric and gynecologic care.
