Brought in two pairs of shoes to shine. Twenty dollars later the shoes were shined but much darker than the original color. They both came out a dark brown.

horrible! i brought a pair of black pumps to have the lining repaired and padding replaced. he said okay 30.00, i paid, a few days later picked up my shoes and he did not put any padding in. girls...
