I've been to this location a few times and the staff is really friendly. Drinks are made in a quasi-timely fashion, but definitely with care.

Came here to grab an ice drink after a huge bagel from Tompkins. Drink was OK. Seating was a bit spotty here. Staff OK but service a little slow. Nothing out of the ordinary at this location.
