Super easy location to access, was next door to my hotel. Tons of business there, so sometimes it took forever to get the order. Still same quality and service you'd get at any other Starbucks.

Bad customer service, literally no smiles on any of the stuff, no greetings of any kind. Ordered a simple Chai tea latte and it tasted awful.
