Love the crew. They are very helpful. One of the baristas went out of her way to help me find the New York tumbler that I have wanted so badly.

Very rude on the phone. Hung up before I could get my question out. Called back and they were rude again and not helpful. Felt like I was bothering them by calling the store to ask about merchandise.

There was a girl taking orders and she was being rude rolling her eyes and giving attitude when being nice.

the place is small, but it plays great music! (pop-punk/emo). Also the cashier was very friendly and served me with a smile

KERA is so kind. Took our orders immediately and offered us straws before we had to ask. Awesome service!
