Dr. Lester-Coll is a radiation oncologist at the University of Vermont Medical Center and associate professor at the Larner College of Medicine at UVM in Burlington, VT. Dr. Lester-Coll specializes in treating patients with prostate cancer, lung cancer, gastrointestinal cancer, sarcoma, lymphoma and metastatic malignancies. His research interests include clinical trials, health services research, comparative effectiveness research, large database research, cost-effectiveness analysis, and decision analysis. Dr. Lester-Coll is a strong believer in providing quality cancer care that is respectful of and responsive to individual patient preferences, needs, values, and ensuring that patient values guide all clinical decisions. Jennifer Kelly, DO, FACE, CCD is an endocrinologist and director of the Metabolic Bone Program at the University of Vermont Medical Center. She serves as professor at the Larner College of Medicine at UVM in Burlington, VT.Dr. Kelly specializes in osteoporosis, metabolic bone disorders, diabetes and general endocrinology. Her research interests include osteoporosis, metabolic bone disorders and hypoparathyroidism. She is actively involved in creating a weight management program and fracture liaison service for The University of Vermont Health Network. She is a member of the Ambassadors Leadership Council for the National Osteoporosis Foundation. Dr. Kelly grew up wanting to become a physician. She has always been drawn to science and helping people. Her role as an endocrinologist and also as a metabolic bone specialist, gives her the opportunity to coach people dealing with what can seem to be daunting disorders. She finds academic medicine to be rewarding and enjoys training future generations with the most current medical literature and research. Her training as a doctor of osteopathic medicine (DO) has formed her practice offering a holistic approach.
