Nice park. Punches above its weight. Great trails that are as difficult as you want them to be. Much less crowded vibe than similar parks nearby. A great escape for experienced mountain bikers.

The Sprain Ridge Park is spread over an area of more than 270 acres that includes a pool complex and several picnic areas. It also includes various facilities for hiking and mountain biking. Founded in 1965, the Sprain Ridge Park provides picnicking and swimming activities. The park features facilities for people with physical disabilities. It is owned and operated by the Westchester County Parks Department, which maintains an area of over 18,000 acres. The Westchester County Parks Department offers a variety of educational, recreational, entertainment and sports events for individuals. The department is accredited by the National Recreation and Parks Association.

Another great hiking trails near NYC. I recommend you park your car in Picnic Area 1 & 4 since you can cover most of the trails from there. I stopped by Stone Ridge Park after finishing watching...

They literally pull rules out of their asses, nice pool with great county guards but horrible associate at the entrance
