History
We started in a tiny space in the Lower East Side of NYC in 2002. In summer 2017 we relocated and opened a much larger beautiful river front restaurant in a quaint Hudson Valley town of Rosendale.
Specialties
Casual Japanese Home Cooking restaurant offering wholesome Japanese comfort food. Dine in our beautiful garden and enjoy our signature dishes like Spicy Tuna Avocado Bowl, Treasure Sacks, and Niku Jaga. We have vegetarian/vegan options, but SOY is for everyone who loves good food and fabulous company.

5/5 across the board! Incredibly peaceful, beautiful ambiance in the garden. Delicious cocktails and the food was so hearty and fresh. You could tell it was cooked with love.
