In an effort to harness the untapped potential of early schooling, The Step by Step School was founded in 1973 to fill a significant void left by traditional approaches to education. Grounded in the philosophies of Maria Montessori, Step by Step created a pre-school program that focuses on educating the whole child, striving to not only maximize student performance but also provide a foundation for the development of well-rounded and balanced individuals.

Adam J Lewis Academy is an independent day school in Bridgeport, CT, offering a rigorous academic experience for students from PreK3 through 8th grade.
