The Southampton Gym is the newest of the Hamptons Gym Corp facilities, opening its doors in 2009. An extensive renovation of the former Omni Health and Racquet Club, yielded HGC's largest location, providing 21,000 sq. ft. of workout space. The Southampton Gym is our most modern location, featuring an Olympic Squat Rack, Assault Airbikes, an Assault AirRunner, as well as Precor, Cybex, and Hammer Strength equipment.

Great experience- here for a month nannying and treacy helped get me set up feeling welcomed and showed me around. Very clean gym with every machine you would need. Steam room as well!

Good gym. Clean. Has just about anything you would want including swimming. Little pricey for a day pass, but otherwise you'll get what you need there.
