They never answer the phone. No customer service. Do not buy any Pyramid product. Been calling for three days and no one answers.

Very unresponsive to really ANY request for customer service. I tried to contact them by phone and email several times. I did receive one reply from someone by email who promised to call back but...

Horrible company. Pyle bluetooth speakers had trouble from the beginning and now in less than 2 years totally crapped out. Try calling theyre cust service department...phone system is so screwed...
