Great costumer service through and through. They don't have a direct phone line but the chatting option works great! They were able to resolve all my concerns. :)

Sonic bids seems to be an outdated service. I paid for their gig seeker pro package and it was a complete waste of time and money. Unlike some of the other reviews, I was able to cancel easily.

I canceled my subscription and yet you guys keep charging my card. I canceled my card then got a new one and they somehow found my new number and charged it. I can't get a hold of anyone as well....
