Listen to other reviews, They made a mistake on customized paddle I ordered and I didn't get the replacement on timely manner. The second package was empty without the item ordered.

A+ experience from start to finish. They took the time to explain the in's and out's of the printing process, the types of shirts available, the timeline - pretty much every detail, soup to nuts....
