History

Welcome to SomDhara, where we offer multiple treatments and products that are nothing less than pure and natural. We are a unique style of providing healing therapies to connect mind, body, and soul on spiritual, emotional, and physical levels. We provide many services like Sivananda Yoga, a time-honored style of yoga that does not only stop at exercise; Reiki, an energy healing treatment that soothes the body on emotional and spiritual levels. We also provide Ayurveda, an ancient form of medicine using herbs and natural treatments. These treatments include Basti (oil-pooling), different massage therapies, Shirodhara (oil-pouring), and many more. We also offer Acupressure, another energy healing, only Acupressure focuses pressure on different points in the body to remove blockages in the energy flow of our life force. We not only provide treatments but many herbs and plant-based products for you to use in your daily life, including healing salves and butters, teas, powders, and more.
