A very unique idea to get a restaurants name out there and it is a competition. The top 3 restaurants will get gold, silver, and bronze ladle. I like this festival. To sample the soups: 1. $5...

best idea ever. To help culinary student school, you pay $5 for 5 soup sampler soups ( best ones were the pumpkin soup and veal/lentil soup). Good cause for student kids.
