I liked this class but didn't love it. I had only done solidcore before for Pilates and overall liked it better although the classes are very very different. This one was much more "complicated"...

First time trying SLT. Really good hard class. I'm used to fast paced classes with high heart rate the whole time and this is not that. The slower the movements, the better workout for this...
