I love this studio and it's beautiful and the classes are so hard. I took Sydney's class and she's so fit and beautiful and extremely inspirational!! She is very patient and knows how to work...

I take a lot of fitness classes in Manhattan and I'll never return here. Don't get me wrong the studio is very clean and nice! But the lack of instruction is wild! I just left half way threw a $42...
