Skylark Diner

Established in 1956, Skylark Diner stands as one of the oldest dining establishments in the Southern Tier of New York State. Originally one of the four restaurants founded by Orval Stevens, this diner began as a specially ordered, prebuilt car that was shipped from New Jersey to Vestal, NY. Through a significant renovation in the early 1960s, the diner expanded its footprint with a larger dining space at the back and sported a new roof and awning that seamlessly integrated the old and new sections.

Under the guidance of the third generation of the Stevens Family, Skylark Diner continues its tradition of offering "Fine Foods" and a "Friendly Atmosphere." The diner prides itself on serving happiness to its patrons through delectable, high-quality meals and an exceptional dining experience.
