Situated on a historically significant site that once housed The Earll Kellogg Distillery, Last Shot Distillery aims to bring a fresh perspective to the art of distilling while honoring historic traditions and the local community.

Co-owned by Chris Uyehara, a seasoned chef with 37 years of experience, and John Menapace, a longtime resident of Skaneateles with engineering expertise, Last Shot Distillery is the result of a serendipitous connection between the two partners.
