Dr. Sivan Kinberg is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition and the Director of the Pediatric Intestinal Rehabilitation Center. She is board certified in pediatric gastroenterology and clinical informatics. Her primary clinical interests are in intestinal failure, short bowel syndrome and home parenteral nutrition. In addition, Dr. Kinberg has an M.A. in Clinical Informatics and is also an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biomedical Informatics. She studies how data from the electronic health record can be used for research in pediatric gastroenterology. She is actively involved in education and teaches graduate students in the Department of Biomedical Informatics.

Dena Goffman, MD is the Vice Chair for Quality and Patient Safety and Professor in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Sloane Hospital for Women at New York-Presbyterian Hospital and Columbia University Irving Medical Center and the Associate Chief Quality Officer for Obstetrics for the NewYork-Presbyterian health system. She serves as faculty for many prominent OB simulation opportunities including the annual ACOG Obstetric Emergency Simulation Course, SMFM Critical Care Obstetric Simulation course at the Annual Pregnancy Meeting and the Banner/SMFM Annual Critical Care Obstetric Simulation Course in Phoenix. Dr. Goffman has a particular interest in Obstetric Hemorrhage, one of the leading causes of preventable maternal morbidity and mortality. She served as a Co-chair of the Obstetric Hemorrhage group for the New York State Safe Motherhood Initiative, served on the OB hemorrhage Clinical Advisory Work Group for the NYS Department of Health and was a core member of the National Partnership for Maternal Safety Obstetric Hemorrhage work group. She was recently part of a small multidisciplinary team working to update the AIM Obstetric Hemorrhage bundle, worked with the Institute for Healthcare Improvement on an Obstetric Hemorrhage Change Package and co-authored the Postpartum Hemorrhage ACOG Practice Bulletin.

June Wu, is a pediatric plastic surgeon/craniofacial surgeon. She is currently an Associate Professor of Surgery at CUIMC Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians & Surgeons. She has a particular interest in Vascular Anomalies, which are congenital abnormalities of the blood and lymphatic systems that affect patients, and most of these conditions currently have no cure. Dr. Wu is a Co-Director of the NYP/Columbia University Irving Medical Center Interdisciplinary Vascular Anomalies Group and is the Co-Director of the Vascular Anomalies Basic and Translational Research Program that concentrates on understanding the pathophysiology of these lesions in order for biologically targeted therapeutics to be developed. Dr. Wu completed her undergraduate studies in chemistry at Princeton University, and graduated from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. She completed her residency in Plastic Surgery at Montefiore Medical Center, after which she completed a Craniofacial Fellowship, followed by a Vascular Anomalies Fellowship, at Boston Children’s Hospital. Dr. Wu is a member of multiple professional societies including the American Association of Plastic Surgeons, Plastic Surgery Research Council, American Society of Plastic Surgeons, American College of Surgeons, the International Society for the Study of Vascular Anomalies, and others. Dr. Wu is on the Scientific Committee of both the Plastic Surgery Research Council and the International Society for the Study of Vascular Anomalies. Dr. Wu is a member of the In-service committee for the Plastic Surgery Education Foundation. This committee is responsible for writing examination questions for the In-service examination that every plastic surgery resident in this country is required to take every year during training in order to assess their competency.
