Sitrin Charles T Health Care Center

Sitrin Health Care Center, formerly known as the Sitrin Home, was founded in 1951 as a five-plus-bed residence facility for senior citizens. Located in New Hartford, N.Y., it offers medical rehabilitative skilled nursing, and respite and residential care services for individuals with developmental disabilities. The facility provides dental, child, and medically affiliated adult day health care services. Sitrin Health Care Center also offers physical, occupational, pediatric and aquatic therapies, as well as speech and language pathology services. It additionally specializes in hand therapy, chiropractic, lymphedema, pain management, rheumatology, psychiatry, psychology and podiatry. Sitrin Health Care Center additonally supports an adaptive recreation and sports program that provides opportunities to participate in a variety of sports activities, including wheelchair road racing and curling, adaptive golf, monoskiing and adaptive paddling for patients with various disabilities.
