History
Originally a meat market in Beekman Place since the 1800's we have been continuing a tradition of fine butchering started by the late Mr. Fitz. We are proud to serve and be a part of our community as a independently owned Butcher shop for over one hundred years.
Specialties
We specialize in Prime Aged meats ranging from Beef to Lamb. We custom cut all meats to order (such as custom cut steaks and stew meat or fresh hand-cut Veal cutlets, etc. etc.) We carry fresh organic and free range Chickens. We also have a wide variety of daily made, freshly prepared soups and cooked meats such as Briskets and Lasagna. Please call us if you're interested in learning more.
