Baker Victory Services, a nonprofit organization located in Lackawanna, N.Y., provides a wide range of services to children, youth and families. It is an affiliate of Our Lady of Victory Homes of Charity, and has been serving the community with various social programs since 1854. The organization offers a wide range of programs for individuals with physical, developmental and behavioral disabilities. Additionally, it offers services, including educational, adoptive and foster care, outpatient and residential, and services for the developmentally challenged, women's services, WAY Program, and related services at affiliate organizations. Baker Victory Services more than 800 full- and part-time staff members serve over 3,500 children and families every year.
