Founded in 1998 as Silo Restaurant, Lewiston Silo serves a selection of hot dogs, burgers and beverages. The restaurant offers hamburgers, cheeseburgers, onion rings, and cheese and sweet potato fries. Its specialties include jumbo barbecue pork, Swiss mushroom garden burgers, chicken finger baskets and fish sandwiches. Silo Restaurant also provides a variety of coffees, soft drinks, milk shakes and beers. Another trip to the Silo to have a Haystack. It comes in two sizes, large and extra large. We shared one large one, taking one home. It is a nice, but quite messy sandwich as the potato crisps...

We came here early on a Friday evening. Here you order at the register, and get a buzzer to let you know when to pickup your food. A plus for this type of place is they serve beer! I got a burger...
