Founded in 1998 as Silo Restaurant, Lewiston Silo serves a selection of hot dogs, burgers and beverages. The restaurant offers hamburgers, cheeseburgers, onion rings, and cheese and sweet potato fries. Its specialties include jumbo barbecue pork, Swiss mushroom garden burgers, chicken finger baskets and fish sandwiches. Silo Restaurant also provides a variety of coffees, soft drinks, milk shakes and beers. The restaurant serves tossed and chicken garden salads and grilled, Cajun and Swiss mushroom chicken sandwiches. Its catering drop-off and pickup menus feature potato chips, side dishes and grilled chicken breasts. Silo Restaurant offers ice-cream products from Hershey's. The restaurant has received the Taste of Lewiston People's Choice Award.
