where in the city can you find a mani pedi for $20 or less? here. but beware, its that cheap for a reason. The interior is old and ratty. The colors are.... duane reade at best. but service...

This place really is a sh*thole. It's really tiny, the nail polishes are crap and nothing is clean about this place. It definitely is cheap, but you are better off spending like 2 or 3 dollars...
