She Wolf Bakery, established in 2009, is dedicated to restoring the Northeast grain-shed by crafting patient, practiced, and principled bread. Originally baking in the wood oven at Roman's, the bakery has since expanded its operations to the Brooklyn Navy Yard, supplying bread to numerous restaurants across the city and local Greenmarkets.
