Meet Dr. NkrumahLouis Nkrumah, MD, PhD, is an esteemed neurosurgeon at Nkrumah Neurosurgery & Spine in Lake Success, New York. He then went on to complete his fellowship in complex and minimally invasive spine surgery at Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle, Washington.Dr. Nkrumah is a member of both the American Association of Neurological Surgeons and the Congress of Neurological Surgeons. He is also a member of the Scoliosis Research Society.While demonstrating excellence in neurosurgery, Dr. Nkrumah has also authored publications in microbiology, immunology, and genetics. In addition to English, Dr. Nkrumah speaks Twi, an Akan language of Ghana. He enjoys soccer, martial arts, and outdoor activities with family and friends.
